Demon Music Group Karaoke Series

To begin with, Demon Music Group Karaoke have released quite a few sets of discs. Also, we see that each set contains five karaoke discs. Furthermore, there are 20 tracks on each disc. So, the total amount of tracks on each set is 100. Hence, the other name given is ‘100 Hits Karaoke’. Because the disc ID prefix have DMG we are listing these discs as such. Obviously, this stands for the Demon Music Group rather than 100 Hits Karaoke.

Firstly, we gave a shout for information on these discs a while back. This indeed resulted in a few lists to sift through. However, we have put together disc identity lists. Also, we put together a song list with all the tracks on. In fact, that song list is 43 pages long. So, we can now get an idea of the size of this karaoke label. But, be aware of song duplications in there. Obviously, by cross-referencing the lists, you can avoid the dupes.

In effect, this is how KJ’s usually list these karaoke tracks in their song books. Furthermore, notice that the disc ID is ‘DMG’ but have the name as 100 hits karaoke packs.

Whereas the above collections are complete, we are aware of the following disc by Demon Music Group Karaoke, STRAX002. Indeed, the disc ID code resembles the Star Tracks discs prefix. However, we see no link at this stage. Because of this we have put it in the song list. Obviously, any information about this disc will be welcome. Moreover, are there any others from the Demon Music Group with different prefix codes?

At this time we do not know whether the Demon Music Group Karaoke still make discs. But, they certainly have a web presence. Also, a quick search on the internet shows that the discs are still available. Indeed, we saw many new and second-hand ones too.

Surprisingly, we did a search for ‘100 Hits karaoke No.1’s’ and saw that a collection of five discs were cheap. In fact they were for sale as little as $8.50 (USA) or £5.00 (UK) post free. If that isn’t good value, then what is? In short, that has to be the bargain of the year! Obviously, tell us about karaoke bargains you have ever seen.

100 Hits Karaoke from the Demon Music Group certainly seem to be a bargain for the collector. Indeed, the sets appear to be very cheap for the number of tracks you get. But, we still need more comments on this collection. Obviously, before others part with their hard-earned cash they would like to know more.
