Obviously, this small set of five karaoke discs contain Christmas karaoke tracks. Of course, there are many other Christmas karaoke tracks around on other karaoke labels. But, how do you rate these discs as a Christmas set? As far as karaoke collections go, this set may come as one lot too. Also, because the set is unique, the keen collector will just take it when it pops up. So, grab them while you can!

Indeed, these should sell for cheaper prices. However, we made a quick check and saw one disc going for $30 on the American ebay site. This equates to £23 in the UK and $38 Aus, then there is postage on top! Obviously, that is a lot for an obscure karaoke disc and is possibly a one off. With this in mind, our advice would be to wait until a more sensible price disc comes along.

To sum up

Just to point out, its possible the disc ID’s in use by KJ’s are different to what we have above. In order to clarify things, the labels on these FM XMAS discs shows the following ID numbers. FM Disc CDG5000, FM Disc CDG5001, FM Disc CDG5003, FM Disc CDG5004 and FM Disc CDG5005. So, possibly some karaoke song books have them as shown on the disc, but that’s personal choice.

On the whole, it’s not correct to write Christmas as Xmas. However, we do not wish to offend as some people write it either way.

Also, what is the quality like? In other words what does the music sound like? Indeed, does the graphics on screen match the song? Moreover, are they worth the effort to look for them on the second-hand market? Obviously, your input is welcome and your review will help other karaoke collectors.
