George, start a new thread and tell us all what you are trying to achieve and one of us are bound to be able to put you on track.
Be as detailed as you can be so people don't have to ask too many questions back.
Also, tell us where you are now and what gear you are using and what you have tried.

You see the thing is we all have different set-ups and it depends what you want for yourself.
So, that's why I ask to be detailed as possible.
