Cook your rice properly
I am sure you don't want to get a dose of food poisoning but you can from rice!
You need to make sure rice is cooked so that it is steaming hot.
The reason is that dangerous spores can grow on the rice and can survive cooking.
However, cooking does minimise them.
What is vitally important is that you need to fridge it as soon as possible then re-heat piping hot.
If you leave rice to stand overnight for example, those spores multiply quickly and the toxins produced will have you in trouble.
The humble rice, eh!

Old news brought back to life lol
Re: Cook your rice properly
I never thought of rice as being dangerous. On the contrary I always thought of it as being sterile. It goes to show you.
