Use the good old fashioned sniff test on milk please
There is a campaign to scrap the use-by date on milk.
They are saying that we could save 100 million pints each year if we use the sniff test instead.
About time they done this.
I feel bad sometimes when I use 'out of date' stuff but we always did use the sniff test before.
However, in the past we never threw food away like we do today.
